Undergraduates and interviews online by Fabio Cesali

This period of profound economic crisis that affects a great deal in the world of work, has contributed to the achievement of online interviews. In fact, is increasing the number of undergraduates and recent graduates who decide to look for a job, by contacting the company directly from home, or from workspaces provided by the universities involved, through a system of video-call.

The process for making the interview is the one that we all know well: the selectors complete a detailed profile of the "ideal candidate" with information on the graduate required, vote, age, residence and so on. Interested students who believe to have all the requirements of the announce, will send their Curriculum Vitae, that will be examined and evaluated.

This method of recruiting is conducted entirely online and therefore is supported by some of the major universities, with the intention of let students approach to the labor market", give them useful information to compile the CV and finally to prepare them for the interview which will be called.

We only have to wait some time and verify the online interview's results: for more (and possible) future uses.
