Many of us don't know how to get our resume noticed by the employer. Many times we have little confusion that we posted our resume in top job site but didn't get any call from recruiter.

This guide will help the newbie who is searching for jobs.

1. Create your keyword rich Resume Generally all of us create a resume with good objective and attractive sentences but you fail to understand that these tricks will work only if the employer saw your resume. So you need to find how to make your resume appear in first page of a job site's resume search engine for your experience related keywords.
   To make your resume appear to the potential employer's resume search result, first you need to analyze what are the keywords your potential employer will use. Let say that your are a HR professional looking for HR job and so want your resume to be appear to all employers who is look for person did HR course.
   To achieve job calls, you first analysis what could be the possible search term used by the employer, in the above example the employer may use HR, Human resource, MBA HR, HR professionals. So stuff these keywords in your resume and also keyword box in the jobsite resume submission page.
   If you effective did this means your resume will appeared to potential employers.
2. Making a list of job site and posting the resume. Many of us post only on major jobsites only but there are lots of small and niche job sites (jobsite like jobsite for programmer, jobsite for hospital industry, jobsite for freshers ) are there.
   These jobsite also attract potential employers and mainly consultancy which generally recruit jobseekers for Big names in the industry. So search and create a good list of jobsite; minimum of 30 such sites will be good to start.
   To find these jobsite search google and yahoo using the keywords like jobs, job site, freshers jobs , freshers, job portal and keyword related to your industry.
   After that you will have some 30 to 50 job sites. Create jobseeker account in these site using the email id, username and password in those sites. In most of the job site, resume posting is free so don't about worry that. Once account is created in these jobsite, post the resume to all these sites and save the jobsite list and login detail in your computer.
3. Update the resume and outsmart the Jobsite You may think that after posting the resume that they have to wait for month to get calls from employee and you think that since no big change in your career there is no need to update the resume.
   But you will change you mind if you know how the jobsite works. Let saw an employer looking for HR professional, what he will do his he will type related keyword in resume search box in jobsite and then the jobsite look for the keyword in the database and display the result to employer in the new/update resume first. So the employer only focus on first few search result page and call only those candidate, even though employer need and you qualification match you chance of getting call is rare.
   So create multiple resume formats and post the new resume once in a month to the job sites. This will help you to get more call from employer and you will have good chance of getting best job opportunity in the industry.

Even freshers following these steps can easily attract the employer and convert those resume posting to job calls.
